Lakeside Track Meet

Girls win 2nd and Guys place 3rd! We are right where we need to be at this point in the season. You guys are getting stronger and more efficient physically and mentally.
Remember: To be better ...you will HAVE to hurt. How much you hurt depends on how much better you want to be. Simple as that. There WILL be days when you don't feel good, days that are too windy, or too cold, days that you would rather be anywhere else... And this is normal. Even great athletes experiences this ...however... the thing that seperates the men from the boys is when you choose to push through those "uncomfortable or unwanted of times of training and racing" and focus on the end goal.
District, Regionals, and State will be here before you know it and at that time you will glad you prepared for success and not defeat!
